Trading Operations
Ardmore Care Home Group founded by the principals of Hibernia Senior Living in 2013 and successfully exited with nursing home assets and a development pipeline in excess of 450 beds.
The acquisition of the McEniff Ardmore Hotel, Tolka Valley, Dublin 11 by Ardmore Care for redevelopment into a state of the art 88 bed trading Nursing Home with planning for a 30 bed extension.
Dalkey Lodge Nursing Home originally opened in 1988 was acquired by Ardmore Care and successfully operated for over 4 yrs until its sale for redevelopment to GreenLeaf Property Group.
The acquisition, successful turnaround and sale of Elm Hall Nursing Home & Independent Living Village, Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
